The Examination Format

The examination will be computer based and consists of multiple choice questions that have one best answer. There are no questions that have multiple correct answers, no True-False questions and no fill-in-the blank questions on the AOBP examinations.

 

For Certification Candidates: The Exam consists of 8 sessions of 50 questions. It is recommended that candidates spend no more than one hour on each session to complete each individual session.

For Recertification Candidates: The Exam is broken into 3 sessions of 50 questions. It is recommended that candidates spend no more than 1 hour to complete each individual session.
